SERVICES
Gentle Touch / Compassionate Care
Massage designed for comfort wherever your loved one is—whether they are in a wheelchair, seated in a room chair, or lying down in their own bed. I do not bring a massage table but instead meet them exactly where they are most comfortable.
Gentle, non-invasive techniques such as petrissage (light kneading), effleurage (soothing gliding strokes), and gentle craniosacral therapy to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and calm the nervous system.
Massage helps improve circulation, which is especially important for individuals who have limited mobility or spend much of their time seated or lying down.
Soothing effects including reduced agitation, anxiety, and physical discomfort.
Short sessions that work within your loved one’s attention span and daily rhythm.
Consistency and trust from a practitioner who understands memory loss firsthand.

End-of-Life Doula
COMFORT | PRESENCE | CONNECTION
When someone you love is approaching the end of life, it can be hard to know what to expect, what to say, or simply how to be there. As an End-of-Life Doula, I walk alongside individuals and their families as a non-medical companion, offering comfort, presence, education, and meaningful connection throughout the dying process.
